Office Cleaning Services in Dubai

Ocean Growth Security provides office cleaning services in Dubai for corporate floors, business centres, co-working spaces, clinics and professional practices. Teams are directly employed and supervised, and the schedule is written per area so it can be inspected rather than assumed.

Office cleaning is judged on the things staff notice every day — washrooms, kitchens, bin smells, and whether the desks look clean when people arrive. A schedule that prioritises floors over washrooms gets the visible part wrong.

What office cleaning covers

  • Workstations and meeting rooms — desks, tables, chairs, screens, whiteboards and touchpoints.
  • Washrooms — the highest-frequency area in any office and the one that generates complaints. Cleaned several times daily, with consumables restocked.
  • Kitchens and pantries — worktops, sinks, appliance exteriors, fridges, and the waste that accumulates fastest.
  • Floors — carpet vacuuming, hard-floor mopping, and periodic machine work on high-traffic routes.
  • Internal glass and partitions — meeting room glazing, door glass and reception screens.
  • Reception and front of house — the area clients see, cleaned before the working day rather than during it.
  • Waste — desk bins, communal bins and recycling, with segregation as the building specifies.

Out-of-hours, daytime or split

Most office cleaning in Dubai happens before staff arrive or after they leave, and the choice affects both cost and result:

  • Out-of-hours is the standard. Nothing is disturbed, but the team works unsupervised in your premises, which makes key control, vetting and access logs matter more than they would in a daytime arrangement.
  • Daytime suits clinics, co-working spaces and reception-led offices that cannot be closed. It needs a narrower scope — touchpoints, washrooms and visible areas rather than a full strip.
  • Split uses a night team for the routine deep work and a day presence for washrooms, kitchens and entrances. This is usually the honest answer where a single evening visit is being asked to hold a busy floor all day.

What the schedule actually contains

A schedule that can be inspected has four things per line: an area, a task, a frequency and a standard. If any one is missing, the contract turns into a conversation about whether something was “done properly”.

We build it as a per-area table — washrooms three times daily, kitchens twice, desks nightly, meeting room glass daily, high-level dusting monthly, carpet extraction quarterly — and agree it with you before the first visit. Consumables such as soap, paper, liners and hand towels are either supplied by us or by you, and the schedule states which so nobody discovers the gap on a Friday afternoon.

Vetting, access and key control

Cleaners working in your premises go through the same vetting, sign-in and key control as any other contractor. Where the building has an access-control system, cleaners hold individual credentials that can be revoked individually rather than a shared key that circulates. Where a key is held, it is recorded under a signed control procedure.

Supervision and quality checks

Every contract has a named supervisor who inspects on a set cycle using a written checklist per area. Results are logged, so a recurring failure shows up as a pattern rather than as an argument about one bad morning. Where a standard is missed, the supervisor re-cleans or re-briefs the team and records the corrective action.

How office cleaning is priced

Office cleaning is priced from the scope: total area, frequency, the number of washrooms and kitchens, whether the work is inside or outside hours, and whether consumables are included. A quote built only from a rate per hour tells you nothing about what will actually be cleaned, which is why we quote from the schedule rather than the clock.

To quote we need a site visit, a floor list and the frequency you have in mind. We will walk the office with you, agree what is in and out of scope, and come back with a fixed monthly figure and a written schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Can you clean outside working hours?

Yes. Most of our office contracts are cleaned before opening or after closing, and we work in occupied offices during the day where the premises cannot be closed.

Do you supply washroom and kitchen consumables?

Either way. Many clients prefer one invoice covering cleaning and consumables; others keep their existing supplier. The schedule states which.

Are the cleaners your own staff?

Yes. The teams working in your office are directly employed and supervised by us, not subcontractors you have never met.

How often should carpets be deep cleaned?

Usually every six to twelve months in a busy office, depending on traffic and whether food is eaten at desks. It is a separate periodic task, not part of the nightly routine.

What happens if a standard is missed?

The inspection log records it, the supervisor re-cleans or re-briefs, and the corrective action is noted. If it repeats, the schedule or the team changes — not the standard.
