Responsibility means the person on site knows the task, a supervisor answers the phone, and you hear about problems the same day. For security guards that is the post order. For building cleaning it is the room list: floors, walls, windows, stairs, or common areas.
A missed duty is corrected in writing. We do not hide a gap behind a general promise.
