Our people are the security guards on the post, the supervisors who answer the phone, and the cleaning staff who work through a room list. Each person gets the brief for that site before they are left alone.
A hotel door, a warehouse gate, an apartment clean, and a post-construction clean are different jobs. People are assigned to the brief they have been shown, not rotated in silence.
Training and support
Training and development covers the first walk of a building. Staff support means a supervisor can be reached during the shift on the number in the brief. Careers explains how to send a note if you want guarding or cleaning work.
