Training and development at Ocean Growth Security is the site walk, the written brief, and a repeat of the duties when someone moves to a new building. A hotel entrance is not a warehouse gate, and a lived-in apartment is not a post-construction floor.
Access rules, emergency numbers, the report format, and — for cleaning — which floors and chemicals the surface allows, are covered first.
When the building changes
A new stair, a new camera, or a new tenant entrance is briefed again. Toolbox-style reminders are short and about that site. We do not treat a certificate we have not seen as if it were held.
