A new site starts with a walkthrough, a post order, and a contact list. After that, the guard follows the order and the supervisor checks it.
Walkthrough
We look at gates, reception, loading areas, and the places visitors should not enter.
Post orders
The guard gets the site rules in writing before the first shift.
Follow-up
Incidents are written down and sent to the client contact the same day.
From the first call to the first shift or clean
A new guarding site starts with a walkthrough of gates, reception, and stairs. A new cleaning site starts with the same kind of walk: which floors, which washrooms, which windows, and what must stay untouched. Both produce a written list before work begins.
The client names one contact. That person receives the incident note or the cleaning completion note. Supervisors use +971 52 319 7980 during the job.
After the first week
If a door is busier than expected, the post order changes. If a floor mark will not lift with a normal wash, we say so instead of scrubbing a finish that should not be scrubbed. Repeat visits for office cleaning or common areas follow the same list unless you amend it.
Building cleaning, residential cleaning, and commercial cleaning each have their own page so the scope stays specific.
