Cleaning in Dubai is harder than it looks. Dust returns within days, humidity affects drying times, and buildings run long hours. A schedule that works in a temperate city does not automatically work here, which is why we build the plan around the property rather than applying a standard package.

Building and common area cleaning

Specialist surface cleaning

Window and facade cleaning

How a cleaning contract works with us
1. Site visit. We walk the property, note the surfaces, access arrangements, waste routes and any areas that need special care. Nothing is quoted from a photograph.
2. Written scope. You receive a task list with frequencies — daily, weekly, monthly, periodic. It states what is included and, just as importantly, what is not.
3. Team and supervision. A named supervisor owns your site. They carry out checks, handle issues and are the person you call.
4. Reporting. Completed work is recorded. If something is missed, you should be able to see that it was caught and corrected rather than discovering it yourself.
What affects the price
Cleaning quotes vary mainly on four things: the size and type of the property, how often the team attends, whether work happens during or outside business hours, and how much specialist surface care is involved. A daily office clean and a weekly villa clean are different jobs, and a quote that does not ask about your site is usually a quote that will be revised later.
We price per visit against a defined scope, so you can compare proposals properly and see what changes if you reduce or increase the frequency.
Cleaning and security on the same contract
Many of our clients take cleaning and security guard services together. It is not a bundle for its own sake: the two teams share keys, access records and incident reporting, and coordination removes a lot of the friction that appears when separate contractors manage the same building. Questions we are asked
Do you supply your own equipment and materials?
Yes. Machines, consumables and chemicals are provided and stored on site where there is a suitable locked area. If you prefer us to use your existing stock, we can work that way.
Can you clean outside working hours?
Yes, and most offices choose early morning or evening. Out-of-hours work is supervised in the same way as daytime work.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
All staff are directly employed, documented and insured. We do not subcontract cleaning without telling you first.
How quickly can you start?
For most Dubai properties we can survey within a few days and start shortly after the scope is agreed. Urgent post-construction and event work is usually accommodated faster.
Do you cover Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. Our main base is Dubai and we regularly work across the wider UAE.
