Ocean Growth Security provides commercial cleaning services in Dubai for offices, clinics, retail units, hospitality venues and light industrial premises. Teams are directly employed, work to a written schedule, and are checked by a supervisor rather than left to report on themselves.
Commercial cleaning tends to fail for predictable reasons: the schedule was written for a different building, washrooms were treated as a lower priority than the floors, or nobody agreed who supplies the consumables. We write the schedule around how the premises actually operate.
What commercial cleaning covers
- Offices — desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, washrooms, internal glass and waste, usually outside working hours.
- Retail — shop floors, stockrooms, entrances and customer washrooms, cleaned around trading hours rather than through them.
- Clinics and medical suites — higher-frequency touchpoint cleaning, with product records and a method that stands up to inspection.
- Hospitality — front of house, back of house and washrooms on a much shorter cycle than an office needs.
- Warehouses and industrial units — floors, welfare areas, internal offices and yard presentation.
Out-of-hours, daytime or split
Most commercial cleaning in Dubai happens before the doors open or after they close, and the choice changes both the cost and the result:
- Out-of-hours — the standard for offices. Nothing is disturbed, but the team works unsupervised in your premises, which makes key control and vetting matter.
- Daytime — used in retail, hospitality and clinics where the premises cannot be closed. It needs a different scope: touchpoints, washrooms and visible areas rather than a full strip.
- Split — a night team for the deep routine and a day presence for washrooms, entrances and reactive work. Common in busy buildings, and usually the most honest answer where a single visit is being asked to do too much.
What a commercial cleaning schedule actually contains
A schedule that can be inspected has four things: an area, a task, a frequency and a standard. If any one of those is missing, the contract becomes a conversation about whether something was “done properly”.
We build the schedule as a per-area table — for example, washrooms three times daily, kitchens twice, desks nightly, internal glass weekly, high-level dusting monthly — and agree it with you before the first visit. Consumables such as soap, paper, liners and hand towels are either supplied by us or by you, and the schedule states which.
Supervision, checks and reporting
Every contract has a named supervisor who inspects the premises on a set cycle, not only when a complaint arrives. Inspections follow a written checklist per area, and results are logged, so a recurring failure appears as a pattern rather than as an argument about one bad morning.
Staff working in your premises go through the same vetting, sign-in and key control as any other contractor. Where the building has an access-control system, cleaners are issued credentials that can be revoked individually.
How commercial cleaning is priced
Commercial cleaning is priced from the scope: total area, frequency, the number of washrooms and kitchens, whether the work is inside or outside normal hours, and whether consumables are included. A quote built only from a rate per hour tells you nothing about what will actually be cleaned.
To quote we need a site visit, a floor list and the frequency you have in mind. We will walk the premises with you, agree what is in and out of scope, and come back with a fixed monthly figure and a written schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Can you clean outside normal working hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial contracts are cleaned before opening or after closing, and we work in occupied buildings during the day where the premises cannot be closed.
Do you supply washroom consumables?
Either way. Many clients prefer us to supply and restock so one invoice covers the lot; others keep their existing supplier. The schedule states which.
Are the cleaners your own staff?
Yes. The teams working in your premises are directly employed and supervised by us, not subcontractors you have never met.
Can you cover more than one site?
Yes. Multi-site contracts are usually run with one supervisor per cluster of buildings and a single monthly report covering all of them.
What happens if a standard is missed?
The inspection log records it, the supervisor re-cleans or re-briefs the team, and the corrective action is noted. If a failure repeats, the schedule or the team changes — not the standard.
